M PARTS ???

thinking about buying a disassembled m a guy took apart to restore and lost interest. i was wondering if there was much demand for the parts? it has rear wheel weights, (4) good wheels,light bar with lights, draw bar, sheet metal is fair, is complete. what are some of the parts worth? dont know much about farmalls, mostly deal in john deeres. any ideas on the worth of the whole tractor? all help appreciated!
