Frank, when it gets down to facts, I guess I am just cheap especially when I do not have to spend the bucks. As you may know any two cylinder can be used as a single acting one. It is best to plumb the unused port back to a clean area to avoid getting dirt into the port. I suggest rigging some type of filter for the unused port additionally. As for a source, look for a junk yard that has old street sweepers and trash trucks. I bought a 6 ft long 6 inch ID for a rail splitter for $125. This type of junk has a collection of cylinders and valves and since they are dedicated to their particular use there is little call for such items and the price is usually cheap. Hope this helps.
