I've used 'Simple Green' straight from the jug and it worked pretty well. I've also used petroleum based stuff (paint thinner, mineral spirits, hand cleaner, etc.) and all they have done is thin it so it spreads and makes a bigger stain. Guess I don't have the knack for using them since other people darn near swear by them. I was finally able to solve the problem after I put down a good layer of epoxy floor finish. No stains no slip no dust no cracks or chips and no sweat on the cleanup. Pricey, but worth it I think.
