Farmhouse, I dont own a C but I believe that PTO belt pulley arrangement is very similar to my Super A. When you engage your PTO your getting gear lube up in the belt pulley drive housing. Your belt pulley seal is probablly shot. Also that seal rides on a steel bushing, and if there is a groove warn in that bushing you will have to change that also to get a good seal. As far as the milky color, you must have got some water in the transmission from condinsation or rain water. Hopes this helps. scotty
