Farmall 450 Hydraulic Problem

I recently bought a 450 with the three hydraulic levers to the right of the dash. The center spool only works one direction. Can anyone gice me any insight on this before I tear it apart? The hydraulics seem to work real well and lifts the loader just fine but will only move the bucket one way because of this. I took off one side of the hood and can see that the linkage is hooked up.
