I have freed up 2 pasture ornaments. An M and an H. The M was stuck so bad that whenI put a bottle jack under the piston to push it out the top the frontend of the tractor lifted off the ground! No kidding. Needless to say I had to install new sleeves, rings, pistons, and wrist pins in the M due to the extent of rust in the cylinders. The H had sat for 15 years and just took some penetrating oil and a couple dozen swings with a dead blow hammer to hit the pistons out the top. The sleeve needed a light honing and the pistons and rings were in great shape after a thorough cleanup in which I took them apart and inspected them. So, I would say you have a 50/50 chance of a quick honing job versus a complete cylinder rebuild. But like the others have mentioned. If all you do is install new rings, then please maybe try not to use the term 'rebuild'. Hope they come out easy for you and all you need is a light honing! Good luck.

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
