Dumb Tire Question

I have a Farmall Super C that I'm in the process of restoring. It appears to have 2 different size rear tires. Printed on the side of the right tire is (11.2-36 on 10" rim), and printed on the left is (12.4-36 on 11" rim). As near as I can tell from trying to measure the wheel or rim, it's (11"x 38"). What size should actually be on this tractor ?
Can someone also explain to me what those numbers designate...? For example does 11.2 mean tire width and 36 mean inside diameter ??
