I did not know there was such a thing til I seen it on a sitting 400, and noticed the lower right side bracket and a cylinder. Then, I have seen some discussion and pictures more about them. We never had a 400, so..... just what is it for? What all do you use it for? Is it for just certain implements, or jobs ? Does a 400 operator manual talk about it? Do 450's have them too? I have 2 350 Farmalls, and they are just regular row crop tractors. I am curious ...... is this just a few years of it being made, and what did IH do to replace, or update it? Thanks for answers!!!!!
