super M hydralic pump on a regular M

I know this has been covered meany times but cant find the answers looking back at the post. I just picked up a live hydralic pump from a super M. If I am correct I need to change the front cover in order for this to work right? The drive gear was not on this pump so I am wondering if the drive gear for the mag is the same? Also how hard is it to find a manifold for this pump? Can I take a steel line set that was used on a 400 and cut them to put compression fitting for the soft lines to attach?
