I have an 806D with one of those RD pumps. No, you cannot get any parts for them and I am told that they cannot even be rebuilt now. A mechanic from Scheid Diesel (Effingham, see link) told me that it is possible that they can find all the parts to swap the RD pump over to the Roosamaster replacement. This swap used to be available in a kit, but the kit was discontinued. About the price........ ya got me! That seems sorta high, but then my 806D is not in more than just "fair condition" and it would take more than that for me to let go of mine. I just use it too much!
