Well, if it's coming into the switch fine, but nothing is lighting up, that's a pretty good indication that it is not getting OUT of the switch fine... I would continue tracing down the line. It's pretty unlikely that the key switch itself is the problem, and you can measure that by measuring the voltage on all the terminals. If the one from the battery is hot, but the one coming out is not, it's the switch. From there, trace the lead to the next component in the line, which is a relay and/or regulator. If you've got voltage coming in there, but not out, there's your problem.
