IH 404 Clutch rebuild

My clutch seems to be almost on it's last leg. Is this something a basically mechanical guy could fix or is it a job better left to an "expert"? Also, is there only one fluid system for the hydraulics and transmission or is it two seperate systems? I'm still looking for a loader for this tractor, any resources? - Dave
