If the dipstick is just under the dash on the right side, that is your hydraulic tank. This holds the oil for your hydraulic remotes, fast hitch (if equipped) and your steering. Go to your Case/IH dealer and buy HY-Tran oil. A 5 gal bucket is about $40.00. This oil goes in everything except the motor. Use it in your rear end, PTO, T/A and your Hydraulic tank. Do yourself a favor and get a manual while you are there before you put the wrong oil in something and mess up your tractor.
