Farmall 200 smoker

Had my 200 out yesterday on a 3pt finishing mower in pretty heavy grass. I cant believe how quick this tractor is, she pulled very good, no missing, "Buuut", a lot of smoke coming out the breather especially when she was lugged down. no smoke out the exhaust. No apparent gas in Oil and oil level OK after 2 hrs running

this tractor sat a lot before I got it so Im thinking stuck rings. Any ideas out there, oil additives etc that could be tryed before teardown. Maybe a good workout every week might do the trick.
