While at shows I always leave my tractors in neutral and chock the wheels. Then in the unlikely even if someone accidentally engages the starter the tractor cannot jump. However I suppose you could rig up a mechanical device to inhibit actuation of the starter switch. For a pull-rod or step-on pedal starter a simple clip to prevent the rod from moving unless the clip was removed would do. Or for a pushbutton switch a close-fitting cover (like a rubber crutch tip or something) slipped over the button to prevent it from accidentally being pushed would work.
