IH-504 Disc Brake Assembly Problem

Hi, I removed the right brake assembly to fix a "dragging" brake. That's fixed now, but I can't get the assembly back onto the spline because I can't seem to line up the out disc with the spline. I have the inner disc installed and am attempting to replace the actuator-outer disc-cover as one unit. Is there a better way? I don't think I can get the cover over the full assembly if it's already installed on the spline. Thanks, Matt
