As some one else mentioned, It is worth the time to use a cylinder hone in the bore after the old sleeves are out. After you clean them up with the hone use solvent or brake cleaner and wipe them down inside to remove any dirt you broke loose with the hone. freeze them and some light tapping with a wood block will get them where they need to be.
