Noice from IH 574-674 when using reverse gear

I will try to explain the puzzle of my International harvester (made in the UK 1978) tractor with my bad english.

When I put the reverse gear on and raise the clutch pedal and start driving backwards I hear a steady and faint or smooth rattle noice from the gearbox. The sound is not loud but you can clearly notice it.

The model is IH 574 and the IH 674 has a similar gear box. All gears are working just fine and when driving forwards there is no extra sound at all.

Could please say what might be broken?
