Dunno if you want to go to the expense, but you might try a synthetic like Mobil 1. I know Mobil 1 makes a special synthetic oil for cold climates - the oil is 0W-30. It is supposed to be thinner and flow faster in very cold weather than other oils. I've never tried it, so take that idea with a grain of salt. As for antifreeze, keep your mix at 50% water/50% ethylene glycol(antifreeze), and you should be OK. Do you keep the 130 inside or outside?
