Value of M wheels/rims

A friend of mine has a set of old M wheels/rims/tires and is wondering what they are worth. They have never had fluid in them and the tires held air when he took them off. They would be the single bead rims. A bit of surface rust maybe, but very solid. They may be for sale if they are worth anything.
