The paint is not faded enough to be original. The IH decal did not appear before the mid 40's, not sure of the year, so it's a repaint. The cut-off wheels just mean it was shipped on steel and converted to rubber as many were. Is there a serial number plate on the left side of the clutch housing? Very early models had the serial stamped on one of the frame rails, I don't remember where, the loader mounts may be covering it. If you find the serial, look under serial numbers to your left. As 49 Cubber said, the transmission cover will tell you also.
