I don't know what section grass is, but most grass herbicides are non-selective. There are exceptions, such as the newer herbicides for grass control in corn. Another, more risky way would be if the section grass greens up (perennial) or emerges (annual) before the good stuff, you may be able to control it. Ask your county agent, or a weed control specialist at an Ag college in your state.
