Center of Balance 424

Anyone know how to find the center of balance
on a 424, or any tractor I suppose.

I'm building a tandem trailer and need to know where to position the quadrant center spring support. By law I need a 60%/40% load distribution, and since my trailer will be a short 10ft, I need to know where the balance is pretty close.
