Get one with a single post on the back. That can be connected to the large post on the starter solenoid. The one that have the R & F are used for regulator type systems. When I worked for IH, crawler division. I would often change the generator type equipment we had in maintenance to single wire alternators. It made the wiring quite simple and dependable.
