The single front wheel is a necessity on crops with a narrow furrow. Growing up in the southern San Joaquin valley, I saw more narrow fronts than tricycles. Cotton, taters, & carrots were the main row crops. I'm used to seeing them and kinda like 'em. Don't see many at shows and they are more rare not only in IH red but in other tractor colors too. BTW, you have an extra digit in your serial no. Typo? I just sold a '51 H with a serial no. of 362514X1B.
