IH 884 Front tires - Help!

I am needing some info on the front tires and rims for an IH 884. The only one I have to reference is a 7.5 x 18 tire and 6 bolt rim. I need a complete set (rim and tire) for the other side but I can't find anything in this size. Various Internet resources point me to a 5.5 x 15. Can someone help me figure this out and what is it supposed to have on it? Any help would be appreciated.
