Click on "Serial Numbers" at the left to look up the year of your B. The serial number should be stamped on a plate riveted to the inside of the left side seat bracket.
As far as value, it is subjective based on variables such as mechanical condition, appearance, location. In my area, (S.E. PA) a running, average condition, B might bring $750-$1500. Maybe more if it is in exceptional shape, less if it is rough. In your area, I don't know how popular a B is, so it's hard to say.
