There is no drain on the pulley housing. It is fed from the transmission and overflows back to the transmission. A pint or so of oil (and likely some water from condensation) will come out when you get the flange loose. When you reinstall, put a quart of oil in through the fill plug on the pulley housing for initial lubrication. Best to run the pulley every now and then to kick out any water that condenses in there, otherwise the water just accumulates and will ruin the bearings eventually.
