June issue of Successful Farming magazine has a story about Farmall auction trends from 1993-2003 by Greg Peterson. I don't know his data source but there are some interesting stats. SMTA went from $ 1355- $5119 (+277.8 percent increase in ten years) but... from 2002- 2003 it went up from $ 2495- $ 5119!!?? Need to see the basic data to validate that increase.
