Just aquired a 1955 Farmall 200. Iwas considering making it my working tractor, but after the load it had on it pulling a 5 ft bushhog I have decided Ill keep using my H for the duty.Several questions:It has a fast hitch, when I pull the lever back, the rear homemade culitvators drop and when I push it foward, they go up,is this correct or is it plumbed backwards?Next,on the steering ujoints,do theycome apart similar to a cars ujoint on the driveshaft and any tricks to getting them off if they dont?next the front culitvators will not go all the way down, there is an adjuster on the cults to set the depth, but its all the way out and they still wont go all the way down.I think they hydraulics are all the down but Im not sure, any way to tell for sure.My Pap had a Super C and this is as close as I think Ill ever come to having one close. On his the two hyd levers controlled the cults, one from the fronts and one for the rears. Is the one on the rears a delayed drop or is it like the fronts? Thanks fellers, and pics to come!
