Most of the old time IH dealers should have a few. It's the kind of thing that doesn't take up much space and is worth storing in the attic or shed. I bought two from Bates Corporation about 10 years ago. Look through Red Power Magazine for the dealers. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong but doesn't the SC fast hitch use the 2.5" x 8" cylinder? Apart from a Cub, I have never owned anything smaller than a H. It would seem to me that anyone who plowed with a 300-400 fast hitch would have needed one. Yet you hardly ever see them in place at tractor shows. They were easy to remove and then pin the front of the hitch solid. There are probably quite a few stored in barns. You could create an eBay search that will email you when one is listed.
