I'm not sure about a 460 piston, but I think a 300 piston will fit. The bore on a 300 is 3.5625 and the Inside of an H block without a sleeve is about 3.575 give or take. That gives you about .0125 clearence. I think a partial sleeve will have to be used due to the cut out for the crown.
