Selling value for IH 350 LPG Utility Tractor

Could some of you tractor collector experts give me the approximate value of what I believe is about a 1957 IH Farmall 350 utility tractor would be worth? It is LP gas, tractor runs and operates fine, no leaks, TA good, hydralics good, double set of outlets, had a loader on the tractor at one time. Power steering, two point fast hitch, has the power adjust rear rims, sheet metal is fair, could use paint job. has factory lights. I was told that not alot of these around with the LP gas set up. Tractor runs smooth and clean, looks like the original exhaust still on it.
Appreciate any replies from anyone that might know what the value of this may be.
