This is a common thing for pullers and such to do. I don't know what kind of HP increases you'll get, but I'd say 5 is a good guess. The finned manifold has better flow and the intake side stays cooler than the block manifold. I would suggest having the head shaved a little also. Do you have flat top or pop top pistons? An overbore piston kit or even going from flat-top to hig-comp. pistons will gain you more than a head change.
