I-H Heaven; Your in heaven right now, once you find all the tractor problems you will be looking for another dead tractor. Put a portion of a winter isopropynol container into the gas tank. If you can rig up a small fuel tank and line that will rule out or prove lots of rusty flakes in the gas tank. (This is very common on the old neglected Farmall iron). We have worked on several with excess rust in the tank. If the fuel path is rust restricted the engine fuel flow will suck too fast and she will fade or die. Pulling the tank and flushing out with water hose is one way to go. Some companies offer a complete cleaning and sealing service. They are pricey and I have never used them. Good luck.
