I'm using a 484 for exactly the same thing here in the UK to keep 5 acres looking good. The original front tyres (3 ribs) tore the grass up on the turns so I changed them for impliment tyres, twice as wide as the originals and work great. Paid about $240.00 for 2 new wheels/tyres. Rears are new turf tyres (Titan), a bit wided than the originals and are OK - original tyres where worn pretty much flat so they didn't mark the turf much anyway......just wanted something that looked a bit better!! Paid about $680 for new wheels and tyres.

The advice is timeless... so although it isn't necessarily antique tractor related, it will be prominently displayed in our archives to honor those who have the courage to ask and those who have the courage to respond in an honest, positive manner.
