H Cylinder heads

I have a H head w/casting #6186DD for(Kerosene)
this head had Gasoline valves in it. However it is bad shape and needs to be replaced. Can anyone tell me if the 8043D(Gasoline) Head can be used instead of the 6186 head?? The 8043 head is more abundant.Is the bolt pattern the same on both and are they the same size or any major differences? Is this possible
