Over-filling hydraulics - part 2 - '47 H

I'm thinking about getting a loader for my '47 H and am wondering about the capacity of my lift-all system. Eventually I'll put live hydraulics on it but, for the near future, I'd like to get away with what I've got. I read the post about the 350 and it seems the same would apply to my H. If the loader's 2 cylinders take more oil than the lift-all can hold (and I guess it's O.K. to fill it all the way up to the bottom of the fill tube) I can plumb in a 2nd tank via the drain hole at the bottom of the lift-all. I'd like confirmation on these points and I am wondering why is there a full mark on the lift-all dipstick if it's really O.K. to fill it up to the bottom of the fill pipe? TIA
