450 gas head

Hello

Looking for some help with the valves on this tractor.
The head # is 362174R1.
The intake valve # is 362435R1.
What is the p/n of the exhaust valve?
Is this one of the better heads? The tractor s/n is 8330-S.
The reason I ask is all of the intake valves are worn bad on the valve face.The exhaust are not too bad but the margin has a razor edge.I need to put new seats and new valves in it but if there is a better head I might opt for that option.
