Auto paint stores carry it in 1 qt plastic bottles. All the major auto paint brands also carry an expensive primer that contains the acid. If you are painting a tractor and want a quality job, you need to get acquainted with your local auto paint jobber. You will get the right products and they will be high quality. The professionals can't afford to use the cheap stuff.
