Kelly, there probably isn't a hydraulic valve out there with will leak down some. Older worn vavles will leak more the new ones. IH offered a hydraulic for the hydratouch block that attaches to the battery box for the 2 point lift. This block can be added to each of the two hydraulic blocks that are under the fuel tank. The part number is 362 705 R91. Every 300 through 450 that was equiped with a 2 point fast hitch had at least one check valve. The check valve required the engine to be running and the hydratouch lever to be in the lowing position for the hitch to lowered. Hope this helps.
