Most of the plow was blue, exception was the actual soil working surfaces of the plow bottom, colter, probably jointer. Those surfaces were unpainted, varnished at the factory to prevent rust. It was to be removed before use. I use spray wax to keep mine from rusting.

Most of the mower was also blue. A few parts, like an outer grass rod, could have been red, but very few. The parts that included wood were a version of off white, shade probably depended on which year it was made. Some later mowers were yellow.
