W-4 Man, When you say restoration, I'm assuming you put quite a bit of time ans money into it. I doubt very much that its market value will be anything near what YOU think it is. Market value is what someone is willing to pay at the time you decide to sell it. If you auction it, it takes two people that want it to establish a price, and then you may or may not like the results. If you advertise it, and it doesnt sell, you are asking more than the market in your area is willing to pay, if you sell it the first day to the first person who comes along, then perhaps you sold too cheap. There is no benchmark to these tractors. Its what two people can agree upon is what the value is.
