I'm assuming because you were talking about baffles you were trying to respond to my post. I don't know about baffles - I don't have any in my H gas tank. Can you see the outlet port, the port that gas flows down to go into the shutoff valve/sediment bowl assembly, if you shine a flashlight down the gastank filler hole? If so you might be able to see if the blockage is being carried away by flushing or the air blowback/let it run treatment. It's sounding more and more like you're going to have to bite the bullet, get a new valve/bowl assembly and try to unscrew the one's that's getting blocked. I guess you could just locate a place that has a new one in stock so you'll have someplace to go if you wreck the old one. I would think, once you get the old one off, you ought to be able to flush out whatever the blockage is but this is just my 2 cents. Let us know what the fix turns out to be.
