I think the pipe with the elbow you are talking about is the fill line(also should have a dip stick). The other fill plug you are looking at is the belt pulley housing. However, if the pipe with the elbow is on the side of the clutch housing, that is one of the hydraulic pressure outlets coming from the lift all(hydraulic pump). The pump and reservoir are inside the bottom of the clutch housing. The drain is on the very bottom, sort of wedge shaped piece that hangs down under the clutch housing.
