Same heads. To the best of memory,, the change in the head castings came in when the super H came out,, which was a 8043DD,, same castings as the 300,350, but both the 8043dd, and the 300-350 had the longer valves in them. 8043D which is found on the H models were short valve stemmed heads. Most of the change in the heads were the combustion chamber to accept fire crater pistons. plus longer valves. But the c-164, c-169,and the c-175 heads are the same casting, may be a different casting numbers, ChadS
