2806 horsepowervalue

recently found a 2806 or a 806-I , I was wondering about the value the sheet metal is in very good shape it runs good and it only has 2887 hrs.it was owned by a city . another question is the gearing is the "I" models lower geared and what would the horse power be thanks.
