I want to credit the man on the ford he is a winner, his tractor was not, TODAY. The ford had small rear weights,i did not,/ i ran half diesel-half kerosene,we hooked beside our sixty ft. long barn in the middle of it,the first one to take the other backwards to the end won,we pulled twice-the 544 demolished the ford, red hooked up in the grass like it was on steel wheels. the last pull with the 544,i actually shifted the hydro up. the ford out starts the i.h.,paint looks better, but bombed out in a dead pull, shame on my i.h. buddies for even doubting, one problem was the Hydro, was screaming bloody murder when we finished, let it idle an cool for a while, could not wait to post results, thanks for all the responses. have to admit was good to see a Ford have to limp home.
