Well, maybe conterfit wasn't a god word, but something is funny with the head on the H. After I read your post, I went out and checked again. I wiped a little greese off the top pf the head under the valve cover, and found 3xxxxxxxx1. Everything between the 3 and the 1 had been ground off with a grinder. The first number I had found was hand stamped with 5/16" hand stamps. It was above the spark plug holes on the side of the head. That number was 362533R1 ? Think it should have ended with two 1s to be a good number. I read, somewhere, that they used three different heads, one for gas, one for kerosene, and one for distillate, and there is a difference in the valve sizes. I don't know if the combustion chambers are the same, or not. Anyway, since I'm planning on burning gas only, just want to make sure I get the correct head on the tractor. Thanks for all the responces, you guys are really great and I appreciate it. Ken

How can I explain the sensation and exhilaration I feel when I turn the key and hear the engine come to life (most
