Hi Kev It sounds like your main Fuel Jet to me.
Have you tryed pulling the choke just a little to see if increasing gas makes it speed up better.
If turning the Jet out doesent do the trick you may have to do a complete rebuild on your carb.Maybe some one else will step in with something more that they know on this.
